I am well and working very hard these days. I hope all your writing is flowing like the leaves along the autumn wind my friend. Take care of you :)
That was a great wish...lasted a whole year!!! Thank you :)
Lol.....Brad. Retro Man. Great animation.
Think how far you could hit a golf ball on Mars...wonder what kind of force would be needed to hit one out of the atmosphere????
Martian escape velocity is about 5 km/s or a little less than half Earth's -- but that doesn't take into account your slice of course...
a little force, interesting how it would be in a different atmosphere!!
Hi Michelle, I'm super busy at the Hospital these days but finding time to enjoy the gorgeous summer we are having here in MN :)
I hope all is well with you too my dear!!! I have tons more photos to post but now we have a limit...so I will have to spend some time evaluating what makes the MOS Gallery hehe :)
Hi Angel, I just got back from a Girls trip to Chicago, was a blast!!! I've been busy busy busy with my photo work and summer in MN is so short we fill every day with as many outdoor activities as possible...just enjoying :) How have you been? How is the recording production company you started coming along? CONGRATS!!!
I hope you post your pics! My production company has been halted thanks to losing my day job. I was all set to register with iTunes and ASCAP and all that, but now I don't have the money. Double Damn! Ah, well, in good time, I suppose. Laid out all my music equipment next to my drawing board so I would be constantly reminded to write new music. Luckily I had already purchased plane tickets for E3 so I'm still going to L.A. for a crazy time mid-June. Got some great interviews lined up, I'm stoked! MN, eh? Did you know that Game Informer magazine is based there?
Bummer about your job, I'm sooooo sorry hon. These are tough economic times, I am sending positive thoughts that you will find something better very soon. And, wow, I had no idea Game Informer magazine is based here in MN...you are so full of amazing knowledge!!! E3 sounds like fun, I hope you have a blast!!! Looking forward to your interviews :)
I must admit that on my first day I thought you were just handing out automated pleasantries, but shortly after I realized that there's a real human being typing out each and every one of these greetings by hand.
That right there is a whole lot of time and effort and attention and energy. And we're all lucky it is positive energy.
In space, there are hazards left and right. Between aggressive aliens, rogue robots, space blobs, and giant death rays, we need all the friendliness we can get.
Thank you Shepp! I appreciate your kind words very much...I guess I shouldn't be so surprised that people doubt I'm real. Sad comment on our society when niceness is suspect. I'm happy though, that there are some, like yourself, that realize and appreciate my efforts. Thank you :)
Thank you, my day was quite nice :) Enjoy all the pearls you surely have found in your oyster world, rare or otherwise.
Your tireless quest to make each of us feel like a part of something grand is an inspiration to us all.
You are so very welcome my friend...just start exploring...mine is always a corner of the universe where everyone is welcome :)
Hi Greg, I'm enjoying a wonderful weekend up in northern MN at the Lake House...it is cold and rainy but I'm inside enjoying a warm fire and wine. Editing photos and listening to Chopin. Hope your weekend is wonderful too!!!
Anastasia :)

Love ZV x
Not sure how long you've been away, but we have a Governor now for the Planet Creatia and seem close to having another Governor for the planet Sirius. "The Galaxy" was added as a place for Sci-Fi fans who do not want to be considered for projects to populate. The site is still in the BETA (test) phase and the official Launch hasn't happened yet. There are many fantastic discussions floating around...catch up with any and contribute your insight :)
So nice to see you my friend,
Anastasia :)

Ask Slashdot: Holding ISPs Accountable For Contracted DSL Bandwidth
mcleland writes "I'm not getting the bandwidth I paid for from my DSL connection. My '3mbps' fluctuates between about 2.7 during the day down to 0.1 or 0.2 in the evening according to speedtest.net. Let's assume DSL is the only viable option for broadband at my house and I can't really move right now (rural area, on north face of the mountain, no cable service, very poor cell coverage). This was discussed 6 years ago, but I'd like to see if there are any current thoughts on whether I'm just stuck or if there is some way to make the ISP hold up its end."Read more of this story at Slashdot.

Superflares Found On Sun-Like Stars
astroengine writes "Scientists have found superflares more than 1 million times more powerful than flares generated by the sun occurring on sun-like stars being studied by NASA's Kepler space telescope. The finding, culled from 120 days of observations of 83,000 stars, is the first to detail how often and how energetic flares on other stars can be. The discovery, however, raises a question about how the massive outbursts, believed to be caused by complex magnetic interactions, can physically occur."Read more of this story at Slashdot.
